Unleashing Potential: The Leadership Labyrinth at Cadet College Jhang

At Cadet College Jhang, we’re not just educating; we’re sculpting the vanguard of tomorrow. Our Squadron system is the crucible where leadership is both learned and lived. It’s a realm where every cadet takes the helm, steering towards excellence.

Four Squadrons, One Vision: Our college is a mosaic of four distinct Squadrons, each a microcosm of our larger mission:

  • Bolan Squadron: With Flights 111, 222, and 333, it’s a beacon of strategy and strength.
  • Chenab Squadron: Flights 444, 555, and 666 exemplify unity and determination.
  • Khyber Squadron: In Flights 777, 888, and 999, resilience and agility take center stage.
  • Mehran Squadron: Flights 101, 202, and 303 are where ingenuity meets action.

Self-Governance and Growth: Each Squadron, a constellation of 105 to 115 cadets, is a self-led legion. They orchestrate their academic pursuits, social engagements, and athletic endeavors, all under the watchful eyes of their Housemasters.

The Arena of Excellence: Our Inter-Squadron competitions are more than contests; they’re crucibles for character. Spanning academics to athletics, debates to drills, these challenges are the proving grounds for the leaders of the future.

Trophies and Triumphs: Victory here is adorned with shields and trophies, but the true prize is the College Champions’ Trophy—a symbol of overarching excellence. It’s not just about winning; it’s about weaving the fabric of teamwork and esprit de corps.

Join us at Cadet College Jhang, where leadership isn’t taught; it’s embodied. Here, every cadet is a leader in the making, every challenge a step towards greatness.
